  • Hey all, just changed over the backend after 15 years I figured time to give it a bit of an update, its probably gonna be a bit weird for most of you and i am sure there is a few bugs to work out but it should kinda work the same as before... hopefully :)

Canon 300c Specs as they come

at least I hope they are... not that im buying this thing, but I was hoping to have something new to look at landscape test videos on :P

30-300mm how could any one work with that beast?

I wonder who they listened to at Hollywood to make such a thing?.

Pat

Just saying from a rental house perspective the 24 - 290mm Optimo is the most requested zoom we carry, so the 30-300 Canon zoom should do well.

No hate on Canon here. It's good they're starting to step up their game and competition is always a good thing. I'm still going with Red all the way for sure. Too excited...only a couple hours left...

"Aaaand, that's it for Mobius. Now we're getting to see a trailer for the new Ron Howard flick, When you find me. There was a lot of noise in that, too. We're thinking it was projector that's the culprit, not the C300."

Actually, a lot of shows use the Optimo 24-290. It's a widely popular piece of glass.

Ok. It's not quite the way we work over here. Probably due to less shoot with multi cam setup.

BTW I think the Canon cam could be a gret 3D low budget alternative. I see Genlock and Synch, I suppose it has a shutter Synch.

Won't it be hilarious if the Scarlet will autofocus Canon lenses, but Canon's own EOS Cinema camera can't?

hahahahaha...That would be funny.

People are throwing unsubstantiated specs around.

I am following Engadget and FXGuide. I will believe them first.

Scorsese is onstage :)

So it's not 4K? That's incredible!
