I dont know if 2000 iso can really be classified as high ISO?![]()
in a world that has the A7s, I guess you're right, but having spent most of my life shooting film, useable ISO 2000 stil seems just short of miraculous to me.

I know both olpf, or actually dragon as a camera is fantastic. But what made the last BCS episode look like a school project compared to the previous episodes... It probably has nothing to do with OLPFS but it looked like somebody dialed in the exposure completely wrong pretty much all the way trough and I never really seen worse lowlights. It´s to the point that I think they must have done it on purpose, trying to match the videoish look of the title sequence for the show or something...
Look at the train station interior for example, it´s complete video burn in the windows and harsh contrast on the interior and terrible noise in the darks. Me thinking such scene with the little movment and so on it could have been shot beautifully as a text book example using HDRx... or even the lowlight olpf would definitely cover the darks and still not clip/ burn the highlights in one pass, so why the clipping and noise filled blacks?
also in the bar scenes the darks are really screaming for light, there is video noise larger than cornflakes all over the place.. and I like noise, but this was pretty far past that dragon texture I like so much.
Any one here that worked on the show that has some insight?

Yeah Episode 6 was really looking terrible. Especially the first 12 minutes. Too bad, as I think it was the best episode so far. Mikes monologue at the end was fantastic.
