I was using a screw on ND 9 filter with the 85mm. I have to double check which brand as I bought the pack from a photography store awhile back and I don't have access to it at the moment.

Thanks for all you've done thus far Tonaci!...Any progress on your low light stuff? Also would love to see a few over cranked shots lower resolutions, should you have time. Thanks again.
lol, right at the limit! Thanks Tonaci. Does anyone know if a stedicam rated for 10lb has a hard cut off at that weight? If not, what occurs as you overload it? Does it just reduce its stability?
How are you mounting your V-mount or AB battery to the back Scarlet? Too cool.
Heh Heh Heh...one word.. Alchemy. =)
Here's a pic of my experiment with flying an Epic with my Glidecam X-10.. Some may say it's sacrilege to do so, but if flying this cam with a light rig is wrong... I don't want to be right! lol!

Just wondering what rail mounts and bottom plate you are using on this setup? Are they RED's.
I am trying to decide on accessories to buy and I like what you had setup in this pic.

Adding anything over the max load capacity of the unit is not recommended in general, not 50, not 25 percent, but I fly my pilot with the 15Lb setup for three years and it feels good;Adding 50% more weight is not recommended
of course it has to be balanced, but talking about the weight it's simple - more weight means more inertia, more inertia means more stable unit, i didn't invent this, it's physics,Having those extra pound could work if properly adjusted, but it will not increase stability unless added to the top and bottom of the unit
