  • Hey all, just changed over the backend after 15 years I figured time to give it a bit of an update, its probably gonna be a bit weird for most of you and i am sure there is a few bugs to work out but it should kinda work the same as before... hopefully :)

I have no need to actually do this, but I know it was asked earlier and I didn't see a response... Is it possible to daisy-chain the +1 with the Pro I/O? And if so, would you get 3 monitor out ports and does the camera software recognize 3 touch monitors? Again, zero reason to actually do this but just curious.
 
Rob - I believe Jarred mentioned all 3 would display, but you will have to select an individual monitor to be the control interface, so only one will have touch response at any given time. More likely you'd see this with an EVF, a 9", and a 5" all setup, and the 9" would just be display without touch control.

I'm not about to go digging to find that post from Jarred, but I'm 90% sure he actually said this. Ha.
 
I just got my Plus one :)....Upgraded to 4.0.8, only EVF or LCD work at a given time....where do I find in the menu to turn both on simultaneously?
 
Success!!! When you make changes to the Rear EVF or LCD you need to reboot the camera....I think that's what did it......

Next question, can you control the menu with the side handle and EVF as well as the LCD simultaneously or is it either or? Right now the LCD controls the menus but the side handle does nothing in the EVF, it does control the LCD.

The side handle should function normally with the +1 on. Build 4 has a LOT more menus of control settings and assigning priority of menu control. Continue poking around, you may just have the tools box checked off.

It is functioning normally, just not seeing the curser and changes in the EVF......only on the LCD.
 
Took my dog down to see Jason and Kelly at the store and picked up the little bugger yesterday.... Now everyone will be happy.. my operators who want the EVF and the ACs and myself who want a touch screen to make quick changes and to monitor...
