+1 Module Issues

I was wondering, is there a way to run a +1 Module and a wireless HDMI kit like a Paralinx?

Is there a company out there that makes an HDMI Breakout system for the Epic to give me more than one HDMI port to work with?

with the +1 module attached the signal coming out of the hdmi port is no longer HDMI, so there can not be a breakout system for it. Your best bet is getting a compact SDI to HDMI converter like the Atmos S2H and have that live on the camera.

Karl, I have an Atomos SDI to HDI mini convertor if you want to give it a try.

Also, many field monitors also have cross convert SDI to HDMI so you could hook up a paralinx through the monitor..

Hi Bob,

I was under the impression that the Crossbow piece required the Arrow or Arrow Plus, which are HDMI and not SDI devices. I was inquiring as to an all SDI solution. Currently, my IKAN monitor has the ability to change HDMI->SDI, but that was not what my inquiry was directed towards.
