I've got a 16-35mm f/2.8, which by Red's Operation Guide, is supported by the EF Mount. However my aperture control with this lens is N/A. Any suggestions?

I'm having trouble with importing one of my clips into Redcine-X. I have 16 clips, but for some reason redcine is only importing the first 2 seconds of clip number 7 - which is a 2 minute clip. I can play it fine in Red Player, however no such luck with cine. Any ideas?
