I've got a 16-35mm f/2.8, which by Red's Operation Guide, is supported by the EF Mount.

However my aperture control with this lens is N/A.

Any suggestions?

The usual... make sure it is on correctly and snugly. Be sure the contacts are clean. Does it work on another camera; a Canon DSLR, just to check?

Hello Justin -- which firmware & which mount (Motion or either the Al or Ti Canon Mount) with which brain ? I've found that with 6.0.31 on Epic Dragon with the EF lenses I have, the camera seems to behave with the Ti mount, but does not work at all with the Motion Mount. [Sigh ...] Last firmware I had success with was 5.3.33. The Ti Mount & the Motion Motion both worked with EF lenses. But then I tried 6.0.31 since many had reported all problems were solved with it (but apparently not with the Motion Mount). Note what fallback options you have with 6.0.31. I'm now at 6.0.31 & the Motion Mount is useless & can;t back track to 5.3.33.

FWIW !

Thanks for the reply guys,

I've double checked the lens with a dslr and it works, and this lens works with my EF Motion Mount, just not on the TI mount. I'm still on 5.3.

I run the v6.0.31 with my Motion Mount and Ti Mount (with a 16-35L II 2,8) and the aperture control works 95% of the time with both mounts. In my case, the non working 5% is solved with a simple reboot...

I assume you see the lens info display in the upper left corner of the touch screen- this is the indication that the contacts on the lens are correctly lined up and connected to the pins in your
Canon adapter.....
