EF Motion Mount not recognized by brain

Hey guys,

I've installed my motion mount and when I go to Settings > Setup > Lens - The motion mount doesn't appear.

I've updated my firmware, as well as attempted a rediscover, but still no success.

Any ideas?

Maybe check the contacts and make sure they are clean? Beyond that, you have done what I would have tried including rediscover and checking firmware. It comes right up when I change mounts.

Okay,

This is odd, but maybe it makes sense somehow. I was originally using the screws that came with the regular EF mount, I just switched to the silver coloured screws that came with the Motion Mount - and now its showing up.
