REDCINE-X Importing partial clips - Dragon

I'm having trouble with importing one of my clips into Redcine-X. I have 16 clips, but for some reason redcine is only importing the first 2 seconds of clip number 7 - which is a 2 minute clip.
I can play it fine in Red Player, however no such luck with cine.

Any ideas?

Do you have an outpoint set?

I don't believe so, I've only checked with Red Player after attempting to ingest with redcine.

RED Player doesn't honor in/out points or let you set them. In REDCINE-X you can tell by looking at the right most button in the viewer controls. It will be grey if there is an out point set. You can right click to clear it.
