Just to clarify, I wasn't inquiring to have them knock off the difference in price for the rocket I already have. I understand the "bundled" discount, I just want to be part of the same deal and be able to purchase the sensor upgrade, with the same price as others that are receiving the bundled deal. Since I just recently got a rocket, I'd like to be able to get the sensor upgrade for the difference... which would be $4050k, instead of $5750.
If what you say is true, still works out the same if I upgrade my sensor, which I'd like to do.
And I also agree, the card is really worth having. As I'm sure the new sensor is!
I feel for ya. Same thing happened to me after buying a $20k scanner and the reseller did a deal a few months later for half that with an imaging system bundle. As much as I hated it, it was my decision to buy it when i did. It's much like if I charged one client $2000 and then went to another client a few months later and gave him a better deal, I personally woudn't want the first client to expect me to make up the difference that the second client got. It's a tough situation either way but there's now way around it when you drop prices except to not drop prices.
Similar situation with me and the 16 GB card bundle also. I'd imagine paying me the difference 5 months later because they lowered the price would be pretty impractical, right?
