Hello Everyone,

Maybe this is a known issue and I'm late to the party, but I've noticed that I know longer have the option to set me aperture on the LCD. When I click on "IRIS", it's only showing me two options. It will only go to the aperture of my choosing when I manual change the aperture on the lens.

Am I missing something here..?

I'm using Cine Canon primes, shooting at 16:9 6K.

Appreciate your help in advance!

What firmware are you on? Did you just update?

Which lens adapter are you using?

(I actually didn’t realize these lenses offer electronic aperture control, I’ve only used manual.)

Hi There,

Thanks for replying. I'm using the latest firmware and the canon adaptor the Komodo comes with.. I could've sworn I had the LCD option to switch aperture... but I guess I could be wrong.

Works with most canon mount lenses, EF and RF that has internal motors... The Canon cine primes does not have any internal motors.

Are you referring to the aperture switch under "Settings" or the Canon adapter with a selection wheel? Sorry for the confusion, I thought the OP was asking about the Canon Wheel Adapter.

Canon CN-E Primes are manual iris/aperture control only. Canon EF and RF lenses with electronic iris/aperture control work as intended if they are supported.
