What is the best Wide Canon mount lens for Red Epic and Dragon for 5K and 6K without vigneting? Tokina 11-16?

Best is hard to quantify for everybody's needs.

However, for EF mount ultra wides it's hard to beat the Zeiss 15mm.

The Ziess 15mm is great! I shoot a lot of snowboarding. I guess my question is what is the widest lens you can shoot without Vignetting? I have been shooting the Canon 16- 35 L series and is great. However I woud like to get wider for some shots. Can you go 8mm 10mm?

Master primes at a starting price of thirty thousand. No way to cheat. I tried Everything... I use the 12mm Voigtlander some times in Leica M mount and "correct" the CA with software. For $750 is ok... as long as you don't expect miracles.

Here is a shot I did at 16mm at 5K. Iike it but would love to get in tighter sometimes. https://vimeo.com/115942138 password: RedUser

Heh. Yep Master Primes are the cream of the crop for 5K. However, the OP stated EF mount :)

Hey I film skiing myself, and for stuff like in your video I like to use the 8mm rokinon fish. There is a version which you can take the hood off and looks like it will work with no vignetting at 5k. I use mine mostly for backcountry step downs right at the take off and it works great.

They also have the 12mm fish full frame now if you want to be shooting 6k.
