  • Hey all, just changed over the backend after 15 years I figured time to give it a bit of an update, its probably gonna be a bit weird for most of you and i am sure there is a few bugs to work out but it should kinda work the same as before... hopefully :)

Where in line are we and how manmy ordered?

I'm right behind you Michael at 0957 Ti PL Mount. Also ordered on Nov 3rd, still haven't heard anything...

Hey Matt, we're very close. Was yours an AL mount? I'm 1210 and I'm AL mount so based on the initial ordering start numbers i'm around 400. You guys will be the first to know literally at the time of my fed ex email. So far my deposit was charged. Brian, my bomb squad rep said that was pretty standard since they received so many orders so the deposit, i don't think means anything at this point. Money's in the bank for the second charge so lets all hope. If I get it by Christmas I'll be stoked.

I'm waaaay back in the line with the canon mount so its gonna be a while till my ticket comes up
 
Perhaps should start a list with Canon AI Scarlet camera SOs and another for TI PL and one more for TI Canon

That way peeps can see potentially the speed that these go out? Ease some anxiety and all that...

Just a thought...

I think starting on Thursday though if your Ti PL hasn't shipped it no longer gets special treatment unless they run low on EF Mount.

The order number of note is the one on your RED.com orders page. That's simply a timestamp. It's a little confusing but the significant order number is an SO 05####

Well hoping the AI is SO much faster to produce than the TI (it must be right?) that they ship out in a wave of at least 200-400...be AMAZING... but naturally Im going with thinking I'm in second wave (51022 here)

and praying I'm in first wave when hopefully they start contacting people on Thursday for confirmation of shipping info...
