  • Hey all, just changed over the backend after 15 years I figured time to give it a bit of an update, its probably gonna be a bit weird for most of you and i am sure there is a few bugs to work out but it should kinda work the same as before... hopefully :)

Where in line are we and how manmy ordered?

Maybe I'm looking at the wrong number, but the last four digits of our Scarlet "Order Number" is 0757. We received our confirmation email at 1:14am ET. This doesn't seem to correspond with the number 850 being the first Scarlet orders, but again I could be very wrong. We called shortly after the Scarlet went on sale and placed our order. We later were called back by our rep who told us it didn't go through and to immediately place our order online.
 
I ordered yesterday an my last four numbers were 0310.

I think the order numbers start over each new day? I will see when it gets here.
 
SO number is listed in the red.com open orders area. You guys are posting the number from your email confirmation.
 
I am just very very very very curious of the actual number of scarlets ordered thus far. I would love to see a data sheet for that. If only...
 
I ordered within the first two hours, so maybe I'll have mine in the next few months (Canon Al package plus a few extra items). I haven't seen my deposit go through just yet, but I'm sure it'll happen in the next few days as the Red team catches from the last week.

Having lurked on this forum for the last three years, I knew this day would eventually come, and I'm thrilled to put the money down for this camera. I absolutely love the fact that the module design will let me begin with a Scarlet and graduate to an Epic when I'm ready - and that is definitely my goal!

Congrats on all the hard work paying off, Red team!

I'm really late to this geek party, but its Friday night and the babies are asleep...

Our scarlet order (when I finally got as far as checkout successfully, rather than going sleepily insane in the early hours) went through at

8.00pm CA time , 3.00am at home.

order number SO-0050896


So based on the data here, on boarding the Scarlet plane I *may* have turned left... fingers crossed.
 
I think there was someone at 50894 in this thread somewhere. I'm a european order, so things are slightly different as far as billing, but our account at Red has the balance sitting in it ready :)
