I'm on Android, on the RED Kontrol app, i see where it says it saves an image after I hit the camera button, but this image doesn't show up in my camera roll - where does it store it?

on Android, check your “Files” app and it should be somewhere in there, either in your Downloads folder or the Red Control folder if there is one

Thanks, strangely, no such luck. Every other 3rd party app that does photo's just shows up on the photo roll under different folders - nothing for RED Control. I'll keep digging.

Hello Marshall

As Ryan said the saved snapshots should show up either in Files (under the image category) or in Google Photos if you use that.
The exact path to browse to should be Internal storage > Pictures.
Files are named after the current clip name and date / time like : A001_C002_220725-100325.jpg

Feel free to send or message me further info like Android system version you are running on and if you tried restarting the phone...
No special permission should be required for this to work as the app will only write to the media library and not read from it...
