  • Hey all, just changed over the backend after 15 years I figured time to give it a bit of an update, its probably gonna be a bit weird for most of you and i am sure there is a few bugs to work out but it should kinda work the same as before... hopefully :)

Upgrade Paths

My rep had me sign one of the owner upgrade agreements, but I didn't to pay an additional deposit beyond the pre-order deposit. If you already have your camera and are tading it in, then the situation might be different. Your best bet is probably to ask your rep.

To get a discount on the Epic W or Helium you have to have the brain fully paid for by the 31st.
 
For those MX cameras (R1, Scarlet, Epic) that got traded in, are they retired or does anyone know if Red has plans to turn some around as battle tested options?

Anyone knows if the upgrade to E-W from RAVEN owners (those that have taken delivery before Oct 11th) still open? if yes then Question:
From the pictures above seems only S-W has a trade in value (and the $10k discount) when upgrading to E-W making final payment $9,550. RAVEN upgrade diagram did not mention any trade-in value (only the $10 discount). Is that a typo or its correct. If the delta between the RAVEN and S-W is $3k, I want to assume it carries forward to the final payment of the upgrade, is this true Jarred/Brent?
 
My rep put my upgrade in late december (closed at the end of the year) but I haven't paid the $10k yet. Assuming that comes when my Epic is ready

There's no Raven to trade in. It's for Raven orders that want to switch before the camera is ready...which is still a ways off...
 
I paid my upgrade in full to a Weapon W 8K last December, they gave me an estimate for the allocation number for the end of January. February is almost over and I have no idea when I will get the allocation number. Is this normal? Does anybody have any information?
 
Thanks guys, just upgraded from the Scarlett Dragon to the Epic Weapon.. What a difference.. Thank you again..
 
Hi guys, is there an upgrade path from Epic-X Helium to Weapon Helium?
