  • Hey all, just changed over the backend after 15 years I figured time to give it a bit of an update, its probably gonna be a bit weird for most of you and i am sure there is a few bugs to work out but it should kinda work the same as before... hopefully :)

TP2…FCP XML to REDCINE-X

This program is cool and the price is very well.
How can I pay & register?
Can you add the option:
Just put all clips into the BIN and clean IN/OUT point of all clips.
That is very useful to me.

Yes. Also an option to add all clips into the timeline without In/Out.
 
I am testing 30min project now.
My environment, fastest debayer setting is 1/2 good.
1/4 ,1/8, 1/16 are somthing strange. (I don't have RedRocket.)
So, testing long project takes long long time.

If I finshed, I'll write the result this thread.

Timeline ABC' BIN A'A"A"'B'B"
and if possible,
Timeline A(smallest IN point,Biggest OUT point),B(same way),C'

What do you think?

Hi Ryota,

This program can't handle the Chinese character(2bytes character).
I need to use the folder with Chinese character very usual.
Would you process that? Please.........
 
Yes, FCP works well.

REDCINE-X :
1.Browse file --->OK
2.Input file--->OK
3.Export file --->error

I tested, too.
REDCINE-X, Import from script and export, uses Lua script.
Lua script can handle only ASCII character.

If REDCINE-X and Lua script can handle UTF-8, I can deal with it.
But now, I can not.
I'm sorry.

I am not able to get to use the "lua" created. I get an error: "Error loading clip/ (Clip name and path)/: Failed to open file." :sad:

Please advise,

Probabuly, The place of your Proxy QT.mov file is different folder from R3D's.
Isn' t it?

Proxy QT & R3D need to be in same folder.
