  • Hey all, just changed over the backend after 15 years I figured time to give it a bit of an update, its probably gonna be a bit weird for most of you and i am sure there is a few bugs to work out but it should kinda work the same as before... hopefully :)

Despite the incredible great response for this project, there are still few positions left open to be filled, and I'll surely like to talk to you more about it.

Did you have time to play with Dragon yet? Any personal impressions you would like to share?

Hi Vadim,

I will not be answering any questions nor share in writing my fillings for the Dragon, but I will be doing so in one of the BTS Videos that will be uploaded on my Youtube Channel, linked here as well of course, as I believe it will be the best solution other then write long posts, and just to be also clear, my impression of any gear, never really touch too much of the technical aspect, but more on the images themselves and how the camera has performed on set in the real world production environment.

Of course I will follow up answering as many questions as I can, but I encourage any one to make those questions before we Film, by sending them directly to my Twitter account": @KETCHROSSi so that one of the girls on set can read them out during the BTS and we'll answer them accordingly.
 
I've got a 4K Christie CP4220 with Christie IMB for my 50 foot scope screen and three 2K Christie Solaria Ones with Christie IMS on my 30 foot screens. Let me know if you want to test your DCP on those.

It is India, but not only India, as Italy is facing similar situations were ever 3 day a woman is raped and killed, and for such a small country that is a LOT!!

This Film intends to bring some exposure to this situation, but will do it within a very particular environment, that of Fashion, in a situation of unconditional love and perseverance...

The fact that now it is been shot on DRAGONS & Monochrome RED EPIC cameras is simply purely amazing for a Cinematography stand point and I am extremely happy and grateful for this opportunity!!
 
Just watched The Whistleblower last night with Rachel Weisz. It got me thinking a lot about this project and why it's so needed. Sexual crimes have the worst effects on a human except for death. Its mind boggling that this problem is ignored by a good percentage of the world's population.

Not a screening, just a DCP test. Not all DCPs come out of the oven working properly. So you usually need to test out your DCP on several different configurations to ensure compatibility. So when you get to the point of creating your DCP, feel free to send it my way if you would like to test it on a pretty popular commercial configuration.

UPDATE#3

Pre-Production has begin today, and it will go till Friday, at which time we'll set a general meeting with Cast & Crew and finalize positions and roles.
We'll discuss the shooting in detail and get the gear ready for Saturday 14th, first day of filming, also the NDA's agreements will be signed and delivered.
Any one that wishes to participate must communicate so ASAP, once the project has begin we'll NOT be able to add any one else to the shoot.
 
GL buddy, was seriously thinking about booking a flight down to put some good energy into your project. Wishing you guys health and good humor for the shoot!
 
Hey Ketch,

Just saw this thread, we do have our Leica's available right now.....also do you need any helicopter shots?
