  • Hey all, just changed over the backend after 15 years I figured time to give it a bit of an update, its probably gonna be a bit weird for most of you and i am sure there is a few bugs to work out but it should kinda work the same as before... hopefully :)

"The RED dress" Short Film... Shooting on DRAGONS & Mono... In LA... Like to join us?

Ha ha, no, is because when not in use the rig should be placed on a C-Stand, just like a Steady-Cam, instead they were holding it both.

But alternating both Morgan and Blair, did a lot of shooting with it, and at the end of the day as in this shot they did took some tales by both of them holding it, as they had to lift it up high.
 
You still need that portable RED Rocket?
 
Okay, I just uploaded the first Gallery of BTS Stills shot on set at RED STUDIOS HOLLYWOOD by Felipe Mozqueda & Adam Beck... Enjoy them... ;)

PS: The Frame Grabs form the Red Epic used to shoot the BTS films by our BTS cinematographer Ryan Postas, will be posted in the NEW Upcoming thread were we'll also post the Actual Video link of the Short Film, which of course we'll let every know by posting the link to that Thread here.. ;)

It has been a fantastic experience, and one that I will not forget anytime soon, proper credits will be given in the new thread I'll start as soon as we have some great Frame grabs and the Film to show, but that will take a while...

In the mean time our BTS Cinematographer, Ryan Postas will be working hard on the BTS Films, which will be finished in 4K & HD1080p.


BTW: If any one has a portable Red Rocket that can let Ryan borrow to work on the BTS would be GREAT!!

Looks like you had a great time Ketch! Looking forward to the movie and the BTS. Better for you that you moved the shoot to LA, offer still stands for you if you have a shoot in Europe!
