  • Hey all, just changed over the backend after 15 years I figured time to give it a bit of an update, its probably gonna be a bit weird for most of you and i am sure there is a few bugs to work out but it should kinda work the same as before... hopefully :)

so i ordered nov 7. SO 2938, Have all but brain. Anyone think it would be likely to get it before march 8th based on numbers? Gotta shoot a bunch of hot rod shops in the bay area. REALLY WANT IT ON RED. ugh

Boy, I hope so! I am 2959 so I should be right behind you!! I was wildly hoping I got it for my birthday - but that was yesterday. :-(

Now I am hoping for the end of the month. Gotta stay optimistic!!! :smiley:

Happy Birthday, Terry! Jarred this past weekend that they're really cooking over there at manufacturing. He said that there were a lot of happy people last week and there's going to be a lot more this week. I haven't heard of any allocations this week so far though? Maybe after last week they changed it to Wed. for mass allocation day? I hope that us Scarlet people will be included in this week's happy people. Any word on what happen to the list yet? I haven't checked the link lately.

The list seems to be down - maybe permanently; who knows? But the pace did seem to be picking up and, once they start shipping Al mounts again (seems there's been a bit more activity in PL and Canon Ti, lately), I am hoping I get mine soon. Right now I have everything except my Side Handle and my Scarlet. Lots of expensive RED paperweights. :-)
 
I'm order #2617 and I'm chomping at the bit that it will be here in the next week or two. Just waiting on the email from Red. Got all my Red accessories, no side handle, WC battery plate, and Global Media batteries. I ordered the Red Quick Release system a few weeks ago so not gonna hold my breath about getting those in soon.
 
The whole board has been relatively quiet today it seems. I hope they really blast out tons of allocations before the end of this week.

One Dutch colleague has it's Scarlet in the mail, SO# around 2400.
I am #2916, nov 7th., and patiently waiting, wondering indeed when we Europeans are going to be hit with a shower of Scarlets instead of the daily shower of sleet.

We just received our side handle from SO#1687 (ordered Nov 4th) which makes our first kit complete. We have received everything from our second order (December) but the brain and side handle. It really seems that production and fulfillment are moving along quite nicely.

Early tests are going well, everything seems to be in proper working order. I can't wait to really roll our sleeves up in a legitimate shoot! Here is a photo to keep up some spirits.
