I had an easier time naming my cat. And my girlfriend and I stayed up late for weeks looking at names.

I've been waiting for my shot at a Red since before they shipped the Red One...and I still don't know with the way this is going, I'll be able to name my first child in a half hour and spend months on the camera name.

So Order # 1312 on the list says it's been allocated and it WAS NOT at the event. Are a lot of people prior not marking there cameras or was it time adjusted? I'm 1424 so if so that means it's getting close

I'd hope not because of the order time...9:17 PST, there are tons of orders within the first hour before that one, even the first two that are still staring at a blank white space on there spot on the list. It could be someone that has a relationship with RED? Or a blog?

I thought SO #s were essentially in order therefore being in order of time?
My SO is 1424 for AI Canon Mount.
I ordered at 10:27 P.M., So am I actually aways out?

Its by timestamp, SO's correlate somewhat according to the list. But it is by time, and if you ordered at 10:27 P.M., there are a good chunk of orders before you from 7 PST on that have yet to be allocated.

I'm not going to go that far, but I do see some people getting theres allocated faster, like one day turn arounds, and random Canon AL mounts a decent way down the list shipping pretty quickly, while some of us right at the front are still waiting.

Allocations seems to go in bursts. I was hoping more to ship before the end of this year. BUT time will tell.
