  • Hey all, just changed over the backend after 15 years I figured time to give it a bit of an update, its probably gonna be a bit weird for most of you and i am sure there is a few bugs to work out but it should kinda work the same as before... hopefully :)

They start shipping on the Scarlet cameras tomorrow ( finally ).. will be awhile before they get in the store as separate items.

A half an hour after reading this I got an email from Red, hoping it was for this, unfortunately it was me being assigned a new bomb squad rep, which is unfortunate as I really liked my old rep, weird timing too as my scarlet order is up very soon it looks like.
 
Seems like my order is coming down the pipe real soon. Accessories and 5.0" LCD Touch have been allocated. Still waiting on Scarlet X, Canon Al EF Mount, and DSMC Side Handle.

I also got that email about a week ago.

I know have Tyler Dinely instead of Madeline Standish.

Madeline was beyond awesome, but now I am looking forward to Tyler helping me out.

I still have Madeline...Wonder if mine will change as well. They did say the were changing it based on location or regions right? Anyone in CO or surrounding states have her for a REP? I know she was Zac C's as well but that changed last time I talked to him.

I've still got Madeline, no change email as of yet.

Today on the backorder update page they are up to October 5th for the TI Cannon mounts. My suspicion is that after they get through the TI mount backlog they will re-purpose some of the milling machines to start making AL Cannon mounts as the amount of TI's getting ordered is small at this point in time.

I think we will see a huge ramp in the next month. Once you see some going out in force you will all feel better...

Don't forget there is a huge demand for PL mounts for Epics though which are supposed to ramp up as well into the new year. I actually suspect it's the Ti Canon mounts that were holding up the Aluminum Canon mounts.
 
any signs of delivery this new week ... some of you managed to catch some info regarding shipping from Europe, according to the list, only one camera (SO 51632) has been delivered ... any other news ?
 
I got a new rep as well. Tyler Dinley is mine now after Kris had been handling my stuff. I figure this could only be good news (or no news) but it's all gravy. =)

Yeah, I had Kris too. Was I the only one that didn't know Kris was a dude? I had to turn the flirting down after that...lol! I have a Whitney now!

Hopefully they have all of the TI mounts sitting on a table ready to fulfill all the Scarlet TI Canons as there were such a small amount ordered. Can you tell I ordered a TI Canon Scarlet... ;DFDooley
 
I don't know who my bomb squad rep is, am I just overlooking this somewhere? I am usually surfing from my phone so things are tiny and easily missed. How do I find that out? I have never recieved an email.
 
You'll be contacted by a bomb squad rep once your order is getting close to allocation/fulfillment.
 
Great News! My Scarlet-X with Canon Mount has begun allocation! I just got the email!

Also today is my birthday, so how is that for timing...
