I own a red v-raptor x and a red komodo x. Sometimes the picture is beautiful and the skin tone is beautiful. But Many times the picture is blurry and the skin tone is ruined. What is the reason? I have tried all possible methods. Is there someone here who has experience and can help me understand? It is a problem. Many times I think about selling the red cameras and going to Arri or Sony.

I think that you’ll get the best help identifying the issue if you are able to share examples—preferably good quality video, or at least good quality stills. And please share your settings when you share the images. (Camera, recording mode, shutter speed, ISO, etc.)
Blurry often refers to a picture that is out of focus or is not crisp due to something like a slow shutter speed. I don’t usually think of it affecting skin tones, if I’m reading you correctly. In any event, most things that would make a Red camera image blurry would also make an Arri or Sony camera produce blurry images.

Unfortunately I delete the video and feel disappointed and guilty I have a 30k € camera and I do not get a good result I have an fx3 it gives me a good picture without worrying when I go home I find results that make me feel sad I have a lumix s5iix but the digital picture is not comfortable even though it is clean. And all my friends use fx6 and arri amazing results Is it that complicated or does the color science play role

Because your question is very broad and the information provided is scarce, the solution to your problem could be anything. It's impossible to help, when we don't have all the information needed.

If you're still interested in solving this, I suggest providing us with ALL the data that was asked for.

This requires an effort from your side too.

Thank you. Without seeing a video clip, or at least a still image, it's very difficult to make any diagnosis. (There's nothing strange about the information you did post.)
If you can recreate images that seem to have the same problem, then share them here and we can help. But if you shoot again and you don't get the same issue-- then I guess you've solved the problem! It's also possible that there's a problem with your camera-- though if you have the same problem with both a raptor and a komodo, I suspect that's not the case.

Many films and television shows and commercials have been shot on the V-Raptor X with excellent results. Of course color science plays a role-- but usually experience with the camera (lots of experimenting when shooting, and also working with the files in post-production) and cinematography skill (lighting, movement, etc.) play a bigger role when you are working with a camera of this type.

Incredibly difficult to answer or help without clips or even screenshots to inspect. But I'll say from a great deal of experience of helping others with all cameras, most issues come down to exposure or lighting decisions more than a specific camera being the culprit. You have two of the best cameras on the market.

I understand this but really I deleted all the files after disappointment and I was always blaming myself that I am doing something wrong but I do everything as it should be. But I have another problem that makes me delete the files from the pain. When I use Redcine x pro the picture is beautiful and the colors are good but when I use davinci resolve the first colors do not match and I do everything as it should be but the colors do not match or even when exporting it is not good I have a macbook pro m3 max this problem is very painful I suffer from it and I have been trying to fix it for 3 months but with other camera files there are no problems such as sony or arri

I'll start on a sincere perspective.

If there's any difference between what you see in RCX and Resolve, you need to examine your Color Management and Timeline settings. Those are trivial to setup and match.

This moderately is sounding like not fully understanding the REDWideGamutRGB/Log3G10 color workflow where you need to transform your footage to say REC.709 SDR via a LUT or a Color Space Transform. You can also do it through your REDCODE RAW Controls in Resolve.

If you're material is/was very low contrast and low saturation in Resolve, this was likely your issue.

Reading this comment I would suggest you to check out your resolve settings. Its not the first time (even with an experienced colonist friend of mine) that people just cant get ipp2 to work correctly in resolve, may it be because of the 709 output conflicting with the Gamma of Macs, the internal resolve being set to a different gamma than the Macintosh native gamma, etc. Try editing your footage in, say, Final Cut Pro X and see if you are facing the same color issues. You can download a free demo of Final Cut just to check if the problem is in the Da Vinci Settings. You shouldn't be disappointed with the Red Footage- it's Raw, and you can practically get anything out from it. I would suggest maybe you spend a couple hundred bucks, do an offline edit, and send it to a Professional Colorist to see how that comes out? There are some here on the forum. Maybe they can help!

A few weeks ago I stopped using red v-raptor x and red komodo x I don't think it's worth all this trouble in post production I lose a lot of effort because I made the times match and then export nothing like what I worked on I have blackmagic sonyfx3 lumix s5iix I don't have this problem I have become afraid to use red camera with clients so I don't lose time and effort.

With no shared images and a very new account, I'm going to just guess/suggest this is moderate trolling with the last post being the resolve of over $40K in equipment investment. If not, I do suggest you get to know your tools better and go deeper on your workflow.

I hope for you luck in whatever tools you do use to make your images.

Ok I will shoot now in red komodo x and v-raptor x and share it

$40k and 21% tax I live in Europe
I am here to find a solution. If you are afraid, this is your problem. I will share some pictures now.

If you want to sell your raptor x I'll buy it for 5k

Here's a Red Raptor X/ Komodo X/ Raptor (non X) Shot Event. (with DJI Drones and a Gopro FPV). Pretty happy with the image.

Here's another one (with proper lighting and anamorphic lenses)
Thank you, it seems that it is a matter of how each person sees colors. It seems that I do not have a problem with the camera. It seems that because I use more than one type of camera, it makes my eyes see things differently. Look, I am sharing some pictures now to understand what I mean.

Here is a picture of red v-raptor x 8k redcine x and davinci resolve the color don't match .
