Just a quick shout out to The team at Red Europe, Sam Measure helped me out enormously last month.

With some of the new camera announcements being made this year we had been looking at maybe changing systems (We own 3x Reds, soon to be 4) but thanks to the AWESOME customer care and quality of the Dragon we are now staying whole heartedly with RED.

I don't know of better customer care anywhere !

Very impressed with the speed at which everyone replies and RED EU.

Anyone who has owned an F55 or Alexa does Sony/Arri have a similar customer support unit? As I guess the main difference is that you can only buy directly from RED compared to the others.

Altho Sam, as a true english gentleman doesn't take care of any french customers (except for one special lucky guy also named Sam) I had the pleasure of spending a few days with him at Photokina and I must say he is indeed a VERY nice guy and an amazing RED soldier.

In full agreement. RED Europe have always provided first-class service. We've had an Epic MX ( now a Dragon ) in the bush for the past three years. We live waaay off the track and good support is not a luxury, it is crucial.
Alan and Sam have always gone the extra mile (always before we asked, and often we only found out later). We can't recommend them highly enough. Hongera!
