  • Hey all, just changed over the backend after 15 years I figured time to give it a bit of an update, its probably gonna be a bit weird for most of you and i am sure there is a few bugs to work out but it should kinda work the same as before... hopefully :)

So all of your cuts are extract from the dragon sensor?
So different texture there, for a minute by watching it, I had the feeling their was a mix of Red different sensors and brains in this piece.
I really like the creamy shots (like the women under the shower or the foot close up and others in the same texture)
Some shots show a really lovely noise even stream on vimeo.
This is really promising, well done Gunleik.

It is all Dragon, but for a few shots I threw "silly" light at it, just to see how that worked.

And some shots i pushed for noise in post.

The camera is silly clean...
 
Plenty of cigarette smoke, bare boobs, blonds of all sizes and ages, people enraged and desperate, body parts being abused for no reason....who says these Norsemen don't know how to have fun? :-)
 
Sorry I can't tell much, I was sliding into the scene got involved in the images, lost my duty of being critical to the pixels. In other words, love the work, the directing. Have a great time at IBC.

Very good work Gunleik and the rest of the crew as well!
It's amazing to see how well controlled DR you get when shooting in strong sunlight. My favorite clip is the the one in the woods at 3:54, I like the straight hitting sunlight trough those trees.
One question: What happens if you crank up the ISO on the clip at 6:03 ;-) ?

This movie should also be considered for a submission to this years "Shot on RED Film Festival"

Either:

A) I haven't taken enough drugs this weekend.

Or

B) I've taken too many drugs this weekend.

Either way, I have no idea what I just watched, but that's the first time I've seen a credit for, "And Such".
 
I was lucky enough to finally meet Gunliek at my screening at IBC. We talked and talked and had. Crazy canal cruise and dinner nod then went to the hotel bar and he showed me his short. I was blown away and had to watch it again. Look hard T the textures NSA those making green eyes.

Wish I didn't have to leave IBC.
