  • Hey all, just changed over the backend after 15 years I figured time to give it a bit of an update, its probably gonna be a bit weird for most of you and i am sure there is a few bugs to work out but it should kinda work the same as before... hopefully :)

Steve Jobs is dead

Two companies have profoundly changed the way I work and what I work with.
Apple id definitely one of them, and the one with the biggest over all impact.

No more Mr One More Thing

Weird and sad.

We all pass, let us strive to do something with our time that make things better for those yet to come.
Steve Jobs' contribution will be remembered.

few, if any, can say they did more for mankind than him...

we are lucky to have lived in his time.

if he comes back for "one more thing", i would not be the least bit surprised.

It's seriously saddening to have such a legend leave us...
I never got to meet the guy but its just amazing to see his vision and how amazing of a business man and more so individual he was, its an inspiration for myself as I'm sure it is many others...

RIP Steve.

We've had 2 great legends in the last 3 years go, Steve and MJ, both amazing in their own industries and all that can be said is that both have actually made a difference to many peoples lives, through their vision...its crazy how it goes against the idea of "one man can't make a difference" as so many say but they proved otherwise.

Farewell Steve. :(

I have my issues with Apple as a corporate entity.

That said, I do use their products and acknowledge the fact that Jobs was a visionary and a genius.

RIP.

It is very very sad indeed....

It was great man that profoundly influenced my life.

Your time is limited, so don’t waste it living someone else’s life. Don’t be trapped by dogma — which is living with the results of other people’s thinking. Don’t let the noise of others’ opinions drown out your own inner voice. And most important, have the courage to follow your heart and intuition. They somehow already know what you truly want to become. Everything else is secondary.

Steve Jobs

I think Steve Jobs will be an inspiration for a generation to come...
Nothing but respect for him and his family.

One final point about Apple:

In order to steer Apple into historic profitability however, Apple has now become what IBM was 35 years ago....
That is not a slam, just an observation...

I hope an aspiring young person somewhere follows in his original footsteps to return the
PC (PERSONAL Computer) back to the little people instead of the Corporate Cloud...

I am all for the little guys against the Big Machines, especially when it comes to personal data and account security...

Hopefully this happens within Apple, but if not, I look forward to the new minds out there somewhere cooking up
next generation truly Personal Computing that keeps the big machines at bay...

"The light that burns twice as bright burns for half as long - and you have burned so very, very brightly"

... first time I dropped a tear in years ... and I've never even met him ....

I've been using Apple products since Apple ][ ...

tears in my eyes....very sad day

Peace forever.
