Scarlet Weapon Pogo conection problem

Hi RED community, i wonder if anyone can help me with this. I have a 1 month old Scarlet W and when i connect the RED 4.7 monitor to the side pogo connector, the tactile screen functions dont work. The inage appears ok but the touch screen doenst work. If i connect the monitor to the top pogo connector everything works fine. I already reset the camera and reinstalled latest firmware. Any advice?

Try triple tapping on the monitor when connected on the side... you should get the menu / touch feature on that screen

I have the same problem with my 4,7" screen. Top works 100%, side only the image and no touch. Tripple tap doesnt work for me. Any other advice?

I got a message from RED support saying that it's a firmware bug, should be fixed in the next update

This is RED's support answer:
"What you are describing is actually a known firmware bug with the DSMC2 TOUCH 4.7" LCD on the side port. It's only when having the DSMC2 TOUCH 4.7" LCD to the side port on either BETA or the latest release 6.3.102. I would recommend staying on the release build 6.3.102 unless it's pertinent that you have the LCD mounted to the side, then Build 6.3.101 is the one to use."

Good to know they are aware of this problem. Guess we need to wait for that update... ;(
