Excited to say I received my Scarlet today! So awesome to officially own a RED. I had a error at first with it, but after updating my firmware and talking to my rep I believe I'm good to go! #933!

Sad to report the error came back. 0x0000001d. Sent in a ticket to RED Support again, hopefully I'll either have a way to fix it, or I'll have to send it back to get fixed. Really needing it for the last week of November.

Really please with the camera and support from RED so far though. This is my first RED, and loving it already even with the error. haha

Just an automatic shut down. I thought it was about being in the main menu, but I believe its just random now. I turned it on, and sat it there, and then about 5 minutes later it happened. I read on here on another thread of someone having the same error and it turned out to be a faulty board.
