  • Hey all, just changed over the backend after 15 years I figured time to give it a bit of an update, its probably gonna be a bit weird for most of you and i am sure there is a few bugs to work out but it should kinda work the same as before... hopefully :)

Running list of full frame lenses (complete focal range only)

Also...

Panavision have a series of lenses meant for large format. Such as:
Primo 70 series
Ultra Panavision 70

Theres a few more I think, but don't know much about them.

I guess since they've been announced we should add this family to the list.

BokkehLux Primes
Kinefinity Mavo Primes
Nisi F3 Primes
Nitecore Superior Primes

Same glass, designed for FF35. Does cover Monstro 8K VV however.

25mm T2.1, 35mm T2, 50mm T2, 75mm T2, and 100mm T2

Phil they are all rebrands of the same lens designs?

Bokkehlux, Kinifinity, and Nisi; yes, and I have that from all three manufacturers, which is refreshing honesty these days.

The Nitecores were merely announced and I haven't spoken to anybody, but they are the identical body-type. They might be doing something different, but unlikely.

Big fan of Nitecore products though. Own maybe a dozen of their torches.

I was told that the NEW SIGMA's are covering FF.,
also, Schneider Xenon's DON'T cover FF,
and CP's 1,2,3 all cover FF.

Do you think that such a list should be limited to lenses which have suitable focus marks on the barrel? As nice as the Leica 0.8 lenses are, they aren't a full conversion. Neither are most sets of SLR lenses, as far as I can tell.

Super useful, thank you John. If I could make a suggestion; it would be very helpful if the prime lens lengths were lined up by size in columns. Some of them start to cover at 65, and having that length all the way to left and then blanks later in the rows isn't as visually simple. Just a thought. Thanks again!

Thanks Christopher

There are a lot of focal lengths and if they all have their own individual column : 14mm, 15mm, 16mm, 18mm, 19mm.......... you can see how lengthy that chart would be.

Please correct me if I am misunderstanding your suggestion.

Best
John
