+1 and AgreedIMO, the Rokinon Cine primes are exactly what you get for the money. They are the trainers, disposable, introduction, stunt double, basic lenses. They're going to produce nice images with decent optics and nice fast apertures, but that's about it. Their manual control is excellent as a learning tool or for setups that don't require precision. They aren't great lenses, but for the money, you can't compare them to much else. Basically, I would prefer a Rokinon 35mm T1.5 over a Canon L series for motion picture work, strictly for the manual controls and cine-style setup. Horses for courses

To be honest, I don't have a lot of experience with cine glass, so I can't compare....How's the breathing of the 35mm for you?
