  • Hey all, just changed over the backend after 15 years I figured time to give it a bit of an update, its probably gonna be a bit weird for most of you and i am sure there is a few bugs to work out but it should kinda work the same as before... hopefully :)

Release Camera Build 3.2.16

No audio playback? Really? I hope I've simply missed it in the list.

So I won't be marked as having a bad attitude, thanks, Red, for all these embellishments. However I must say nothing on this build even approaches my need for audio playback. Perhaps these software development priorities suit others, but audio playback is a very basic requirement and the omission of it is shocking.

When can we expect audio playback to be enabled?

Thanks for the new camera build

Please please please can we have single frame capture - my RED One MX can do it - desperately need the EPIC stills function!

Jarred has stated in the past that audio playback will be coming in release 3.3
 
Awesome news! Installing this right now, I've been waiting for a release version for a long time.
 
Running great! Only 2 questions if I may, 1 is anytime soon we can have look around? I really miss having it like on the REDone. Also my second question is there any other LCD full screen mode besides LCD cycle? It takes 6 clicks to go into full screen mode and then back to menus mode. It would be amazing if we can have a 1 click full screen mode with frame guides.

1. We are working on look around for a future release.

2. You can create that functionality using the new key mapping / preset system. Please see here.

Thank you trent, last question. How do you set the power percentage in time left?
 
Great update .Thanks for this new upgrade .................but I am facing one problem here.I am using side handle with new charged battery and same time connected with wall power supply ,when I disconnect from wall power camera has shut down itself ,can't automated switch back to side handle power.I don't know this is a regular problem or not,I haven't tried before this .

You will need to send your SH in to RED. This has been a known problem. Sent mine and got it back quickly. Power-switch-over works great now.
