Price drop time!!!

I'm selling some of my REDmag 512GB Turbo SSDs. All are in good condition. The 512GB Turbo SSDs are currently unavailable on RED's website, though they retail for $3,900.

For those that are not familiar, the REDmag 512GB Turbo SSDs aren't just larger, they're faster. They enable lower compression in most shooting modes on the Epic. This has been extraordinarily valuable on my Dragon. Frankly, the reason I've sold all of my 128GB SSDs is because I can shoot with less compression on my Dragon when using 512s. My 512s just returned from a project, so I'm selling the excess units that I don't need on my current show.

512GB Turbo SSDs

$3,200 individually
$6,300 for 2
$9,300 for 3
$12,000 for 4
$23,600 for 8
$34,800 for 12

Free ground shipping in the US.

Just out of curiosity, why are you selling cards so often? Aren't you reusing them from project to project?

Whoa, that was fast. I'm down to my last few 512s for now. More will be available in approximately a month.

Heaps of 128GB SSDs still available.

Received a 512gb from Brook this week - many thanks!

No wonder that RED has none left for sale :)

Thats a crazy amount of mags. They got me thinking. As the only good reason I could see, for me atleast, to buy so many and then selling them off would be if I told my accountant that they could only be used once.... Not that I can, but if.... Then those little red bricks would be the best money laundry machine ever.

You can really use them twice? ;)

The 128s are almost completely gone! I'm down to 6 or 8 of 'em.

Still plenty of 512s ready to go. The 512s are fantastic with the Dragon; they let you run notably less compression than the 64s, 128s, or 256s. I've actually kept 8 of 'em for my own Dragon after seeing the difference.

Interesting, could you be more specific? And are you comfortable rolling the 512s totally full?
