  • Hey all, just changed over the backend after 15 years I figured time to give it a bit of an update, its probably gonna be a bit weird for most of you and i am sure there is a few bugs to work out but it should kinda work the same as before... hopefully :)

Reservations were filled a bit more than 2 weeks ago. Sorry.

However, since you are in the area, you may see about contacting RED and finding out if there are any openings due to flight mishaps such as was the case with Dave.

Just a thought...

How would I go about doing this? It's definitely an avenue that I would like to consider. I really, really want to go I just didn't know I had to RSVP.

A good question. Maybe see what time slot Dave had and then call RED at 949-206-7900, hope they answer and let them know your situation.

Ok... I'm going to the 4:00 to 7:00 session today. I'm going to try to see if I can stream via my iPhone to my qik.com account. I've never used it before, so bear with with as I attempt to do this. I dont know what the wifi situation will be like, nor do I know what the 3G coverage will be like. I imagine the building wasn't built with cellular connectivity in mind...

I dont know... Bandwidth expanse is the only thing I could think of. It can get very very expensive. It's not like this isn't a community full of people who don't how how to op cameras, direct and stream...
 
Yeah I know, but it just stroke me that red hasn't released much video material about their products at all.. They made the first mythbusters, a few interviews and thats it. Has nothing happened since then?

I dont buy the "its to expensive" claim. Are you kidding me?
