Color grading information got lost, speed changes didn't get through, they were replaced by only one frame spanned to the entire clip and Resolve replaced some clips here and there with different (wrong) clips. I repeat, I tried to do it after the grading to archive the project.
And I repeat for the third time, color grading WILL get lost, if you do trimming and consolidation AFTER finishing grading. You need to do it before grading
As far as speed changes, that is strange. Resolve doesn't apply the speed change to R3Ds during the render. The speed change is applied after the roundtrip to FCPX or PP. In other words, clips with speed changes in Resolve are exactly the same as the ones without- they are all rendered at 100% speed.
Did you try to trim just one clip, that was replaced with the wrong clip? That may help the troubleshooting the problem. The only reason why I'm saying this, is I had used this consolidation process and it worked perfectly.
