  • Hey all, just changed over the backend after 15 years I figured time to give it a bit of an update, its probably gonna be a bit weird for most of you and i am sure there is a few bugs to work out but it should kinda work the same as before... hopefully :)

Quad Charger and REDVOLT XL...In stock now shipping

Bummer!

I placed my order on March 25th.
My credit card was not charged until March 27th. But I was told that everything's available for allocation.
And now, more that three days later I'm told that the Quad Charger is on backorder with no new estimate...

I'm really disappointed by these logistics! :sneaky2:

It would be great to put 30Wh and 89Wh info in the store, so googling REDUSER/Ops guide is not necessary.

And that they are "IATA free" non dangerous goods...

Page 18 of the Ops Guide: "Under typical operating conditions, a REDVOLT® XL 90Wh battery will run the camera and accessoriesfor about 90 minutes. A REDVOLT® 30Wh battery will run the camera and accessories for about 30minutes. "

My card was charged on March 27th too, but now I have to wait until June. When I clicked "buy now" it was in stock.

March 23th few hours after Jarred announce this product I I place my order but noe almost 1 month after that cero news ....

PS. all ready charge my credit card at 100%
 
The charger is nice... the XL lasts for very long time. also they work as perfect counter balance when having big lenses and the camera on the clutch.
 
we gotta fix this... let me look into it.

AND my rep is not working at RED anymore...
 
everyone that has already ordered and that were charged should be getting a visit from Fedex by the end of next week.

Well, I was told that there was a charger allocated to my order, but the funds were not taken from the store acc't.
Jarred, what's the ETA for the next batch?
 
Next Batch is in 6 weeks.
 
We got our XL's and quad last week. Super stuff. Makes that little camera big.. in a nice way. Shoot packshots at the office for a full day and just hade the two xl's and a revolt in the handle battery power then was no issue. Felt like it lasted longer than the time mentioned here before but maybe we had a lot of non recording time.
