  • Hey all, just changed over the backend after 15 years I figured time to give it a bit of an update, its probably gonna be a bit weird for most of you and i am sure there is a few bugs to work out but it should kinda work the same as before... hopefully :)

Paul Ellington - New York

OFFHOLLYWOODNY

OFFHOLLYWOODNY

I just wanted to take a quick timeout to thank OFFHOLLYWOODNY again for the amazing grading job. The rooms are cozy, colorists know their stuff, the staff overall is just wonderful. It was great meeting almost the entire team. I might be bumping into some of you helping out at REDUcation NY.

Thank you again for making my film look really special, and saving my behing on a few shots.

XXXX

- Paul Ellington ... did I mention I DP'd a film that got into Cannes Short Corner 2012 recently? :0)

FEDT! STORT tillykke Paul.

Just to make it official... I love Whitney, Brent, Jarred (Jim), RED, TEAM RED, and I am waiting for the upgrade and in no rush so if there is someone angry that got their number after me, Whitney by all means, upgrade their M-Model first,... I can wait.

.... .... .... The kast photo is of FUTURE HALL OF FAMER -- ERIK WILLIAMS. One of my favorite human beings on earth. Also, touched up with alchemy my favorite screen-grab I worked on as an R3D still.

PLEASING INDEED

PLEASING INDEED

Whatever Jim & Jarred + Team RED did has worked... Change Is Here... Over the last year I have seen ...

- Arrogant competitors fold and lower prices.
- Offer upgrades to customers.
- Up sensor sizes.
- Up Pixel Count.
- Create Higher Dynamic range.
- Use words Jim coined like "4K", and "Future-Proof" when talking about product.

All the things that concerned me about investing in gear are pretty much gone.

Pretty amazing if you ask me. A job well done and you have done it all the while, well, you know what you did to get here Sirs.

:devil:Best Paul.
