  • Hey all, just changed over the backend after 15 years I figured time to give it a bit of an update, its probably gonna be a bit weird for most of you and i am sure there is a few bugs to work out but it should kinda work the same as before... hopefully :)

Thank you Sir, I am all in! Couple more camera bodies, some work, maybe a year from now if I work hard I will try out a 3D rig, until then I will learn as much as I can about it. Loveliest disposition here Ketch.

Will do, I have one official yeah left after this year for my MFA in cine, but might a well do Writing/Directing as well, can only make you better. I will be posting about my projects, RED at NYU, and also updates on how my M Handles on the nest couple of shoot here in cold december in New York.
 
A big thank you to Jarred Land for adding me! Jim Jannard & Jarred Land for changing my life cinematically. Much work on my end is to be done, I have a feature about 45 shorts under my belt and even after I graduate with and MFA, I know I will still have much to learn but will always be a step ahead because I know who I chose, I know what they have done in the past, and believe me, this can only serve us all -- RED is more amazing than anyone realizes and I don't think people understand just how important these first three digital cameras will be at the end of the day when my credits roll.

-Har selv lige filmet en dokumentar på NYU Steinhard i Loewe Theatre. Min gamle komponistlærer og ven Kenny Werner indspillede et mesterværk med et wind ensemble og kor.
Måske kan vi mødes næste gang jeg er i NYC?

Jeg gar ingen steder send mig en PM sa sender jeg dig mit email of telefon nummer en kop kaffe og lidt dansk snak ville vaere meget rart. Der er tre Danskere in NYU Grad Film lige nu sa det er pisse fedt, selvom Jeg nok bliver kaldt "Americansk."

Altid sjovt at mode folk fra det roede of hvide ... Det gik sgu lige op for mig... Maybe that's why I love Red so much, I'm Danish, so those flags all my life were preparing me for this amazing ride!

We spend every night together, getting to know each other better, I know where to draw the line with it, and it knows when to push through - the M (probably exactly like the X) is a beast. It get's hot but all cameras do although I haven't had any overheating issues I am keeping an eye on it. The Canon 7D has major issues with this, lens cant stay sharp because of it. I ran this baby last month from 4pm, to midnight (not non-stop) but I didn't have any problems with the rig at all. The Red Pro Primes are amazing, Was it worth the extra couple thousand to get it early? Yes, because now I know this camera better than anyone I know at school because it's the only one there. I could go on but in short - I am, I will, and the least I can do is report back!
 
Well, it's not that big, but, yes, I'm a very happy supporter, user, and have a great appreciation from where we came with film, to where we are now. Jarred has been invvolved in som heavy lifting, more so than probably most realize, and Mr. Jannard as well, created two amazing companies. Big Jarred Land fan though, Canadian, check! (I studied there), Film lover, and creator of REDUSER and Mr. Heavy at RED, check! Big smile on my face but not in the sense of rubbing it anyone else's. Navigating your own life is hard enough. Thank you Sir!
