Thanks Daniel!
Hey Alexey,

you can use this with absolutely no issues regarding delay. If your AC likes pulling focus from a monitor, this will work perfectly. This is like using a cable, except its wireless :)

what is the incentive, I am interested getting one?

Basically if you are someone who is looking for 1 Tx to 1 Rx as a solution nothing will really change. If you are an existing customer looking to have multiple receivers we will have a very nice option under the Tree for you if you choose to take it. Essentially existing customers will get a special bonus if you are looking to upgrade to 1:2/3/4 receivers in terms of pricing. Anyone else still will get a very fair deal. Either way you will not be harmed by buying today or buying in two weeks. And anyone who buys from us will never be "penalized" for their purchase.

hope that makes sense as I can't launch the announcement until dealers have all the info, etc.

Seems like my Arrow and all of it's accessories fit nicely and snug into a Pelican style case.

Make sure it is a 1A output though and not just 500ma (.5A) as a full 1amp gives you full transmission power. RX performs optimally with 2Amps.

looks like a cool battery. Just looked it up.

Yes I have one and I tested it.

I just want to give Paralinx a shout-out for incredible customer service that I experienced today. Knowing that my equipment not only works great, but if something goes wrong, there's support behind it, makes me a very happy person :)

I own 2 systems and wouldn't hesitate to purchase from him again. There also seems to be some nice upgrades coming along soon!

Had to say.. just finished a gig with octocopters, boats, boat to boat, rivers, cranes, fine sand, handheld etc etc basically all the situations where cables suck and my 2 Paralinx kits worked brilliantly. The only time i heard 'split is down' was when the SmallHD monitor ran out of batts. Never had a moment of HDMI issues with the epic (the 'Shield' is great for helping with that and ease of mounting) and it left the SDI port free for my 1st AC's monitor, he could view the guides and give a clean feed for agency.

anyone got a good source for HDMI male to HDMI female cables?
All the ones that I've found are super thick so not great for plugging into the Epic as they are too rigged and bulky.

@roryhinds

Shield is a great solution that will give you a replaceable female port on the Arrow.

we are considering making some thin/short hdmi cables.

i also use an hdmi left angle male/female coming out of epic port and route the hdmi above the power cable so it is somewhat strain-relieved and out of the way of the operator. Can post detailed pics on this method on Monday.

I'm using this 9- degree HMDI:

You mean full size hdmi both ends? I've never seen a cable that's female on one end tho?

Regardless I really like these guys:

www.hyperthin.com.

Then use a female to female adapter ?
better still use the patalinx Sheild, awesome
