  • Hey all, just changed over the backend after 15 years I figured time to give it a bit of an update, its probably gonna be a bit weird for most of you and i am sure there is a few bugs to work out but it should kinda work the same as before... hopefully :)

Just wanted to jump in here real quick and mention that the HCM 700 is a fantastic 7" monitor. I used it exclusively during a tiny shoot this weekend and it performed flawlessly. Great screen, client was happy with the footage (Thanks to LUT support), and overall just a simple to use piece of kit. I tried it outdoors during some free time today (It was finally sunny) and it is perfectly viewable in direct sun. The screen is prone to glare, but honestly it's fine for most situations.

It's VERY VERY good. Love have portable it is with the case. It's the best 15.6" monitor for the price. You won't be disappointed.

Is the 15.6 bright enough for outside? They make that great high bright 7” but I’m looking for an outdoor monitor at this size.

The new 15.6" with the case/hood is still totally viewable outdoors since it's almost fully enclosed. My first AC prefers it as opposed to the 7" since it's bigger. All Osee monitor are great and you can't beat that price!
 
Chris - since the GB is closed, is there a place to still order them?
 
Has anyone put these up against the usual aspects in terms of color accuracy? Thinking this may be great for me on set for a client, but would also love to use it in the studio for post work if I could grade with it. Thinking about the 23”.

That's strange, I've been in constant contact with him over the last couple days over email (Still super helpful and friendly). Maybe yours was overlooked? I would try again and if that fails, you could always call him.
