  • Hey all, just changed over the backend after 15 years I figured time to give it a bit of an update, its probably gonna be a bit weird for most of you and i am sure there is a few bugs to work out but it should kinda work the same as before... hopefully :)

I live in California and it was the same price for me guy. I was very surprised as well.
 
I had a similar issue -- I paid for the shipping on the 15.6" kit, but left a message that I expected to be refunded. The Group buy stated free shipping over $1000.

Forgive the delay in response from OSEE. I dropped by today and Thom's VERY busy assembling kits for the GB.
 
I paid a few weeks ago but haven't seen
any shipping notice.

Any idea when they will ship 15"
 
Orders are shipping. As Thom processes each order, he's refunding shipping charges (except for orders that totaled less than $1k). The o my unit that won't ship u Tim next month is the 23." Everything else is shipping as soon as possible and orders are processed.
 
My 156 arrived - first of all, I love the case.
Secondly, anyone else has weird scopes? Black as in zero IRE sits somewhere at 10 IRE on the waveforms and in false color is dark blue instead of purple. Strange. Anyone?

You may be able to to change that within the menu or app. I don't have the monitors in front of me but I'll ping Thom for you.

Just as a head's up for those who ordered the HCM700: I spoke with Thom yesterday, and he doesn't even have those in stock yet, and won't until next Friday 7/28 at the earliest. So don't expect to receive those until first week of August. :(

So does this mean that those of us who paid $50 for shipping on the HCM700 won't be getting a refund to reflect the $14 priority shipping promised in the original post?
 
any word on when shipping will take place?
I paid for my 15 inch kit the day I got the notice and still haven't seen anything

actually number one on the list and paid July 6

I believe they are shipping daily. Thom is trying to get them all out asap. They go through a rigorous QC before they leave their warehouse to make sure it gets to you 100% perfect.
 
Update directly from Thom:

The 7" Monitors should arrive here early next week unless we run into a customs hassle/

There are some changes to note:
Every order on the Group buy will come with battery plates. But not installed unless requested. So power supply and battery plates are included.

Really good news, cross conversion both ways is now included.
The output from the looped signal and converted signal can be user selected to have the Lut applied or not.
In simple terms, the LUT or Delog is either on the screen or the signal (When on the signal it is also on the screen) Having the option to bypass allows the camera log to be passed through the monitor to another device.
Of course the opposite is true if you want to send a nice signal to another device.

That's it for now. Also asked him about the other orders to get a status..will post as soon as I hear.

Awesome. Do you know if the 7" is a normal installation?
