  • Hey all, just changed over the backend after 15 years I figured time to give it a bit of an update, its probably gonna be a bit weird for most of you and i am sure there is a few bugs to work out but it should kinda work the same as before... hopefully :)

I´m looking for a simple way to export RMD files and transfer them (pre grading on set)
Would be cool if one can export all RMD files of a magazine at once and import them the same way. so i don´t have to put them in the media folder manualy, or did i miss something

i'm getting some strange behavior with both the win 64 & 32 bits versions using a wacom tablet. the mouse doesn't work with the controls at all and when using the color correction wheels, the movement does not seem to correlate with the pen perfectly, the feedback on the screen seems to accelerate even when the stylus has not moved. never happened on any of the previous versions.

let me know if i can provide anything to help troubleshoot this.

I have a similar issue with a Wacom tablet and the color wheels. Not usable currently (mac 64bitversion and previous mac versions)

Also I would love to be able to "Lift and Apply" the RMD's from one directory to another.

Case in point the other day I was doing a light on set grade while I was copying media. At the end of the day I had one drive with RMD's and a backup that had none. It would be nice to transfer them over from within RCX.

Cannot get the b.321 to recognize our RR card. Running v1.3.3 and 1.1.8.6 on a 2008 8-core 2.8ghz mac pro. b.262 works fine.

Hi all,
I think its great that the EDL option is available, but for some reason it seems not to be working for me. Has anyone else been having issues getting the EDL function to work properly?

Nope, me either. Just tried to load a reel into the new version of REDCINE and it just keeps crashing out.
 
Are all this new setting what some developers are referring to as the RED 3.1 SDK?
