  • Hey all, just changed over the backend after 15 years I figured time to give it a bit of an update, its probably gonna be a bit weird for most of you and i am sure there is a few bugs to work out but it should kinda work the same as before... hopefully :)

New SSD 512GB + 32GB

That's probably a Micron C400 SATA3 SSD in that 512GB enclosure.
 
Any hints at 512 price?

Looks really compelling. What do you mean "priced to match?"
 
What data rate will the 512gb sustain? Twice the 256gb? Priced around 5k I'm thinking?

Is the 512gb going to have the red sheen same as the picture?

absolutely. Probably my favorite update. Soon we'll have 1tb and 2tb ssd.

Now the question is do I want 16 baby mags with 32GB capacity or go all out max speed SUPERMAG 512gb... guess i've got some time to decide ;) either way, THANK YOU for giving us even more options. . . RED is the best.
 
Though I already invested in two 256s and working with a Scarlet, I so want that red 512 bad boy.

No question here, get the 512, more possibilities, less data management. Use the extra time to shoot more.
