Was planning on doing just that. Yeah, from looking at videos of the BMPCC 6k and reading everything I could find, I know I wouldn't choose the Panasonic S1H over it. But the potential Specs for the KOMODO is something different altogether. Who would have thought 6k recording cameras would be popping up like pimples this year.

This track its split in two parts, one represents a whole process of self-recognition and a second part, freedom.
The first part tries to represent an urban area, place that can be stifling, in the second part this feeling is released and letting the listener flow to the end of the song in a continual crescendo.

Music video shot with the Blackmagic Pocket Cinema Camera 6k (BMPCC 6k).
Lenses, Pentax K 50mm f1.4 and a Tokina 11-16 f2.8.
Shot in 6k using BRAW with 12:1 ratio. Slow motion shots at 50 fps. I couldn't use 60fps since our electrical current runs at 50Hz, 60fps would bring a lot of flickering. Post done in Davinci Resolve 16. This video is set in Dublin - Ireland. It was shot on the night of the 24th of August the day that "One Stop After Midnight" was originaly released.

If I remember correctly, the Red Monstro had a wider Blue channel separation from the Red and Green channel at about the same under exposure range as the BMPCC 6K has with the Red channel in relation to the Blue and Green channel.

How does the first camera of Blackmagic design stands up to the latest one? This is not a scientific test and cameras have different lenses. Bmcc 2.5 uses Tokina 11-16 f.2.8 on 16mm, which is equivalent to 38mm on full frame. (crop factor 2,4) Bmpcc6k uses Samyang 35 f1.4 which is equivalent to 56mm on full frame.

Check out this fun little edit I did for labor day 2019. Reese is 2 years old, River is 1 month old, and me and Brittany are way too old.

Edited in Davinci Resolve 16 (first time I used it for editing).
Shot mostly in 2.8K Raw at 120fps (some 6k 50fps)
The majority of these clips are at 40% speed.
