Thanks Brent. Too bad there aren't any cameras in those new pics![]()
Dose the Gunner with the 19mm Swat Rail Clamp put the rods at the proper distance from the lens to align with a matte box ? Dose this make sense?
So, do you use the Bolt On QR, or the Dovetail QR? And if you can use the Dovetail QR, does that mount directly to the Gunner, or do you have to purchase the long/short dovetail mounting plate too? Sorry if this is a silly question...I really just have no idea.for "standard" height you need to use the Quick Release assembly.. that will get everything to standard height to work with other 3rd party stuff that can't adjust..

Thanks for the quick reply. I love this company. The Bolt on QR
Jarred, hope you guys can post some videos for different configurations with your rail components- quick and slick like you did with the recent stills workflow. Honestly I'm a bit overwhelmed by the vast selection available not only from the red store, which i think for most red users is always the first choice, but also from third parties. Its hard for me to evaluate usage scenarios by only the supplied pictures... For example, it was only by watching Ted in the Engadget video that I got a glimpse of that very basic configuration- one that I could see myself using in the real world!
Hope you can make a series of those and put them on the red store, either on the demo page or when we highlight on the product we are looking at! This would truly help!
