I guess some anxiety may be coming from the 'executed' terminology... I had taken that to mean that the upgrade was a one time offer - i.e. pay up when its your turn or miss out.
Brent, am I reading your post correctly that if one were not to be in a position to go ahead with an upgrade its just a position in line thats lost, not the option to ever upgrade that camera?
Correct, "executed" means that the corresponding serial number is earmarked for that particular path. If you cancel order now due to lack of funds (or your SCARLET is on a shoot for a month, for example), you can re-place that same order with your rep later on as long as that particular program is still being performed by RED.
If you cancel and never re-order, it remains executed and cannot be used for other upgrade/trade-in paths.
