So, Did anyone see this? I can't find a poster in this thread reporting that they did.

I did, and it is indeed amazing! Having all that control from the side handle, or wherever you map it, is amazing.

Does the glass in the motion mount affect lens back focus - I assume the mount dimensions are adjusted to take that into account?

please make sure the i/technology works upon release. Seems everytime something is changed all of the data port workings go down the drain.

Looking forward to this mount, but please make it communicate with Cooke lenses, Fujinon Cabrios, Sony, Angie, Red Zooms, etc.

And don't forget to include Arri LDS Ultraprimes!

This is awesome. I remember Warner Brothers designed some glasses to use on set to view 24 frame sync for CRT monitors as well as various light sources many years ago. Good to see the concept being further developed.

You will still need the regular PL mount for low light, as 1 stop is lost in the motion mount, if I am not mistaken.

But Dragon is 3-4+ stops, so the point is moot really. Although you can always swap mounts in 30 seconds.

I remember having a crazy ideer of a variable ND filter, when I took a dump in a restroom at a fancy postfacility in 1999....The restroom door was completely transparent until you turned the lock...Black! LCD..But whom ever developed this technology into what it is now must have a massive IQ!

pretty sure welders have this glass in their face-masks. Clear until they spark-up, then darkens to compensate accordingly.
