  • Hey all, just changed over the backend after 15 years I figured time to give it a bit of an update, its probably gonna be a bit weird for most of you and i am sure there is a few bugs to work out but it should kinda work the same as before... hopefully :)

Yes, you are correct. Upon entering your registration form, you should have had something like a "Thanks for registering...see you in Vegas!". I can't remember the wording exactly since I registered a few minutes right after registration was opened. :D
 
I filled this in a couple weeks ago, as soon as it was live, so I hope I'm good to go....

Still some last minute details being solidified. Sorry the details didn't emerge last night as expected. Hoping soon.....

I can't release schedule of events yet but here is some pertinent information for those making travel plans, figuring out their schedules for the 14th, etc.

  • The event will take place in the Cohiba Ballroom. We are taking over the entire ballroom.
  • Doors open at 11AM. There will be a meet and greet and then the show will start at 11:30AM. We are expecting a lot of people, so there may be some waiting in line involved, so plan accordingly. Not a bad idea to plan on spending quite a bit of time at the show. All of this will make a bit more sense once we release a more detailed show agenda.
  • Food will be served throughout the day. But the best times to get food will be between 11-3 and 6-9.
  • Photography, video, web streaming, etc. will be off limits in certain areas. We will let you know specifics prior to the show. I can tell you that it will be allowed on the exhibition floor.
  • Our registration list is very close to capacity. We are not officially taking any more registrations for the event. If you have not registered for the event, we cannot guarantee entry.
  • There will be a map of the Tropicana event area posted here, and there will be signs throughout the hotel pointing you in the right direction.
  • Stay tuned for more details.......
 
I registered weeks ago but never got a confirmation... I'm sure this is fine but wouldn't want to show up and be restricted if I didn't do it correctly etc.

Is there any way to know?.. or can we count on there being enough room for errors?

My first RED event, flying in Wednesday, flying out Thursday. Can't wait.

I'm working on a confirmation solution for you guys so that there's no confusion/worry about not being on the list. Based on the amount of people we have on the list, it's a safe bet you are on there, but I understand the concern and I'm trying to address it.
