So this company in pakistan has stolen all my company logos, and plagiarized my words. Literally word for word. Facebook won't take down their page! Because they are a "Like" page I can't report imposter account option.

My logos are TRADEMARKED with the basic use laws. I have been using them for 5 years. Nobody else spells their company like me, nobody. I am the only one literally in the world. Until this shitty company came and stole it.

I need some help and I know this board filled with a lot of top guys who have been in the business a long time and need some help here. Sites are below to compare.

My Facebook Page

Their STOLEN Page:

My Main Website (to view my txt on main page that has been plagiarized!):

First screen cap all that.

Second, report that to Facebook and they will take it down as it's a violation.

I tried reporting it and they asked me for tradmark filing papers.

Your Trademark may not have jurisdiction in Pakistan.
I don't know how FB sees this on their division of countries.

Trademark (TM) is for goods. Service Mark (SM) is for services. Sounds like yours falls more in the SM arena. In any case both are based on common law pursuant to the Lanham Act, which require no paperwork. So it's strange Facebook is asking for paperwork on that. Slapping "TM" on something is the equivalent of just shouting "This is mine!" to the world without further steps of legal protection or authentication. Basically it is meaningless. What you would want to do is Register the name (R). That has real legal protections built in. But you can only do it by country and only for specific market segments. That's why there is Apple computers and Apple Beatles record company.

Regarding the logo similarities, it sucks. But they seem materially different enough for them to mount a credible argument that it is different enough (yours has a circle, theirs a hexagon, yours dots, theirs not, etc). In any case only in a lawsuit in Pakistan could this theoretically be decided (good luck with that). So I would just let it go and get going with an actual registration of your company name. Maybe then you could contact Facebook again.

I think this is the best way to deal with it for now. That is the disadvantage of not having a copyright.
