Just some very tiny ones; when you switch from Relative to Absolute in shutter modes, and you go past the 360 degree mark, the angle will stick with the highest frame rate you dialed in. Let's say you start at 25fps with a 180 degree shutter, and you go to 50 fps , your shutter goes to 360 degrees, if you then go even further your shutter speed will correctly decrease, but as soon as you go back to 25 fps your angle will stick to in my case 90.1 degree. Also in time/degree modes different results come out (in time it will stick to the highest shutterspeed available and will not run back) This is for a 25fps set up.
The other little bug is that when I set up in "view" redcolor 3, the system info will show "redlogfilm"

Two minor ones existing in 3.0 and 2.08 :

Side handle LCD varispeed value always stays at project speed... Altho it is changed on screen UI and recorded ad expected it is not displayed correctly on the SH...

If you happen to zoom to 1:1 pixel mode then for some weird reason change the shutter speed in that mode it reverts back to previous value when you exit... Not a major bug but anyhow it happened to me so thought I'd mention it

You need to set the HD-SDI out mode to preview or overlay instead of clean mode to see the red dot on an external display. Works well here on FW 3.0
