Menus/Overlays vanished

I can usually fix things on my own but this one has me stumped as far as what to try next. I searched the forums and didn't find anything.

I ran HDMI out to a monitor and wasn't getting a feed so I went into the Display settings and changed the priority to the HDMI out and must have accidentally turned off menus on my 5.0 LCD in the process (it was cold and I was moving fast...not sure how I did this to be honest). Now I have tried removing the battery, removing the media, and turning on/off the camera multiple times and I still don't have any displays on my 5.0 LCD. Nothing, no overlays. Any ideas on how to get this back or somehow reset factory defaults when you can't see anything?

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Try booting the camera by holding the power for over 20 seconds. should set things to default.
